How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic (U.S.) orders: 4-7 business days

International orders: 14-21 business days

Are the shoe sizes, true to size?
Yes, all of our shoes have been made true to the U.S. shoes sizes.

How may I track my order?

When you submitted your order, you should have received an email stating your order is confirmed, that also included your tracking information.

Please let us know if you did not receive that email, and we will be happy to send you the tracking information.

May I process a return/refund?
Unfortunately, we do not process returns or refunds for our shoes. Please ensure you are ordering the correct size.
